I’m Bonita, and I’m a photographer in Osage, Iowa, dedicated to preserving your memories in a romantic and elegant way so that you have images you can feel and love, to hand down to future generations.

Photos of your wedding day are some of the most priceless you’ll ever own. They are the tangible reminders of the day you committed to the covenant of marriage, the day that began your lives together, and your love that will be witnessed by the next generations.

I grew up in a culture where photography was almost non-existent, and as a result of that, I have no photos of my own wedding day except a snapshot or two. It grieves me now, but out of that, a love and a passion for documenting and preserving other couples’ love stories was born.

Now, I look at wedding days through a lens of prioritizing photos that capture how you felt, the loved ones you were surrounded by, the details you paid so much attention to… all the things that made your day uniquely yours.

MY LIFE BESIDES PHOTOGRAPHY

My husband Ray and I are parents to 3 lively girls, and there are few dull moments in the Zeiset household! I homeschool the girls- Alex, Eden and Adeline, and it’s both rewarding and challenging.

My husband is a dairy farmer turned mechanic, and he loves his job as a service technician. We also own a custom forage harvest business that keeps us busy from late August until early October every fall. I enjoy cooking for the crew and riding along.

I like my life to be a variety of fun, fullfilling things all grounded with lots of time spent at home, recharging and bringing peace and order to my little family’s lives as well. Photography has stretched me in the best way, meeting new people and always pushing myself to grow and get better.

I find joy in:
